Sirloin Steak with Kale mixed with Mushrooms, red onions and roma tomatoes, roasted red potatoes

It was my first time cooking with kale last night.I found so many interesting ways to cook it and I cant wait to try them all. Really. Anywho.. here's what we ate last night!


Sirloin Steak

Ingredients:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Red onions
  • Garlic Powder
  • Accent seasoning 
  • SeasonAll Seasoning Mix


Season steak well, add onions, mushrooms to the top of the steak.Add one table spoon of butter to the top of each steak. Puncture the steak with a knife so that it stays tender.

Cover steak with foil and set your oven to boil at 350 for 20 minutes.



Sauteed Kale with mushrooms, red onions and roma tomatoes


Ingredients:

  • Kale
  • Roma tomatos
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Red onions
  • Garlic Powder
  • Accent seasoning 
  • SeasonAll Seasoning Mix
  • Olive oil or Veggie oil
Add oil to skillet. Add onions, tomato  mushrooms and seasoning. When the onions are translucent add the Kale. Cook for 2-3 minutes to get a crunchy taste, or cook to your desire.

Here's the final product!


Roasted Red Potatoes


Ingredients:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
Boil potatoes for an hour. Roast potatoes for at least 30 minutes in the oven at 350.
